The National is being held in conjunction with Lower Mainland Dog Fanciers.

·         Sweepstakes classes Thursday, October 27th

·         Regular and Non-regular classes  Friday, October 28th

In conjunction with our show, there will be a Toy Specialty and four All Breed Shows – so there are six sets of points available for Papillons.

Accommodation:

Best Western Bakerview Inn  1821 Sumas Way, a short drive from the show site. 

Rate =  $94 per night  + taxes and no pet fee. 

We have a block booking so mention Papillon Canada when booking.

Moira Ure wishes to thank all of the generous donors who are making this event possible. The trophies were sponsored very quickly and the donations to the general trophy fund are still coming in. The support of the members is very much appreciated.

Annual General Meeting:

We will be holding an Annual General Meeting at noon Saturday in the Aviator Room.

Raffle:

Raffle items are:

·         A copy of the Complete Illustrated Standard for the Papillon and Phalene by Mike Foster and D.E Ashdown donated by Moira Ure. This sold-out book is probably the very best illustrated breed standard for the Phalene and the Papillon ever produced, and quite possibly the best publication about a breed standard ever printed.  It contains meticulous illustrations and photographs of what represents and does not represent ideal conformation.  This book is an absolute must for every knowledgeable Papillon and Phalene breeder, and for every judge.

·         A stunning Nancy Pinke statuette pf 2 Papillons sitting in a metal chair donated by Louanne Hansen.
